Packages and scope
What is included in the Essential package?
The Essential package ($299 one-time) includes up to 5 pages, logo design, AI-assisted design and copywriting, mobile-responsive build, SEO/AEO/GEO foundations, and 2 refinement rounds. It does not include booking or payment setup.
What is included in the Plus package?
The Plus package ($599 one-time) includes everything in Essential, plus up to 10 pages, booking system setup, payment integration setup, and 5 refinement rounds. Third-party booking and payment tool fees are charged separately by those providers.
What counts as a refinement round?
A refinement round is a consolidated set of feedback applied to the website in one pass. You review the current version, provide your feedback, and your Website Pro applies the changes. Essential includes 2 rounds; Plus includes 5.
Who owns the website after it is built?
You do. Your website, your domain, your hosting. KindlyWeb builds it and you own it outright. There are no ongoing licensing fees for the website itself.
Logo
What does the logo design include?
Logo design is included in both packages. It covers one primary logo concept, two revision rounds, and digital-ready files. It does not include a full brand identity system, print files, or unlimited concepts.
Can I use my existing logo?
Yes. If you already have a logo you are happy with, your Website Pro will use it. Logo design is included but not mandatory.
Hosting and domains
Is hosting included?
No. Hosting is charged separately by your hosting provider. KindlyWeb builds your website; you choose and pay for your own hosting plan.
Is domain registration included?
No. Domain registration and renewal fees are charged separately by your domain registrar.
Can you recommend a hosting provider?
Yes. Your Website Pro can advise on suitable hosting options for your website and budget. The final choice and payment are yours.
Booking and payments
Which booking and payment tools do you set up?
Your Website Pro will discuss suitable options based on your business needs. Third-party booking and payment tools have their own subscription and transaction fees, which are separate from the KindlyWeb package price.
Is booking or payment setup available on the Essential package?
No. Booking and payment setup is included in the Plus package only.
Rebuilds and migrations
How is a rebuild priced?
Website rebuilds are quoted individually after your Website Pro reviews your existing site. The price depends on complexity, page count, content volume, and integrations. A fixed quote is provided before any work begins.
How is a hosting migration priced?
Hosting migrations are quoted individually after your Website Pro reviews your current hosting environment and destination. A fixed quote is provided before any work begins.
Are rebuilds and migrations included in Website Care?
No. Website Care is a maintenance subscription. Rebuild and migration projects are separate services, scoped and priced independently.
Website Care
Do I need Website Care to keep my website running?
No. Your website runs on your hosting plan. Website Care is an optional subscription for maintenance support and minor updates.
What is the monthly edit allowance?
Website Care includes up to 15 minutes of minor edit work per month. This covers small changes to existing content. Requests that exceed the allowance are scoped and quoted separately.
Can I cancel Website Care?
Yes. Website Care can be cancelled at any time. Your website continues to exist and function on your hosting plan after cancellation.
