Cancellation & Refund Policy

KindlyWeb Website Care is billed monthly at $25 per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be charged after cancellation. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Cancellation of Website Care does not automatically cancel website hosting, domain registration, or other third-party services, which may be billed separately. Your website remains yours, and cancellation of Website Care does not transfer or terminate any separately contracted hosting services.

Payments for KindlyWeb's one-time website design and development services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If you request cancellation before work starts, you may receive a full refund. If work has started, any refund will be determined based on the work completed and costs incurred. Once the website has been completed and delivered, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

KindlyWeb will communicate with you throughout the process and provide the revisions included in your selected package. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
